Autumn is always our busiest season, and this year hasn’t disappointed. We hope you enjoy hearing some of the happenings below.
November Ramp
People registered from around the nation (and some from abroad) for our November conference. This video captures a memorable moment (these photos are great, too).
You may remember that our original conference in September was postponed to March 2023 due to the national grief at the sad passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
We’re Gathering in two locations
Two months into our new location on Oxford Road, and we’re rejoicing in God's evident grace. People are coming, and most importantly, there’s a strong sense of God’s presence and ministry in gatherings and community groups, and there’s momentum among our volunteers and staff.
God often meets us outside our comfort zones when we’re stretching in faith and obedience to share his love and good news with others.
Sunday mornings in Media City are rapidly expanding, too, and we’ve added an overflow space to help hold the growing crowds.
Although our Sundays are full and long, we’re encouraged by the strength of spirit, stories, altars full of passionate seekers, and the atmospheres of freedom.
Joining friends Around the UK
Life Church in Bedworth
We joined our friends, Pastors Danny and Naomi Murphy (who we met while living in Scotland), for a Sunday morning service. Joe taught on believing God for all he’s promised and encouraged their congregation to get behind their giant vision as they begin a building project.
Greater Manchester Prayer Gathering
We joined with churches from around our region where we led prayer for church unity. It’s always an honour to partner with Andy Hawthorne, founder and CEO of The Message Trust, a true general in the faith.
Coventry Bible College
After Stacie spoke for their youth ministry, we both taught sessions on youth ministry at Coventry Bible College. We love stirring, imparting, and equipping ministers with a passion to reach the next generation.
The Message Trust Conference
We joined our friends at The Message Trust in celebrating 30 years of mind-blowing ministry reaching the hardest to reach young people in the UK and beyond. We both taught a breakout session and were given the topic, “Passionate Prayers to Change the World.”
In December and… onto 2023!
We’ve had two huge support breakthroughs.
First, we’re moving into our new home—hooooray! Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve been able to move forward with much-needed work on the house we purchased this Summer.
Second, because of the generous support of the Ramp in America, we’re able to join our families for Christmas and minister at Winter Ramp in Cleveland, Tennessee.
We’re working to complete our support goals for 2023 and raise an additional £10,000. If you’d like to join us, we’d be genuinely grateful.
